Olympiacos nears deal for ASVEL forward Mbaye Ndiaye

Olympiacos is finalizing a deal to acquire 27-year-old Senegalese forward Mbaye Ndiaye from the French club ASVEL. Multiple reports indicate that the Greek club intends to pay a six-figure buyout clause to release the player from his current contract. The agreement is expected to be a multi-year deal, tentatively set as a 1+1 structure lasting until 2028. Ndiaye, who stands at 2.04 meters, is recognized for his defensive versatility, athleticism, and rebounding ability, though he is noted for limited shooting range.
