Amargeti village to host annual cultural festival

The Community Council of Amargeti is hosting its annual summer festival on Friday, August 14, 2026. The event will take place in the village square, with festivities scheduled to begin at 20:00.

Attendees will be treated to a musical performance by a seven-member ensemble accompanying artists Nikoleta Panagiotou, Chrysos, and Eleni Menelaou. The evening will also feature a comprehensive traditional buffet, which includes a wide variety of local dishes as well as fasting-friendly options. The cost for participation in the dinner is set at €18 per person.

The festival serves as a traditional gathering for locals, visitors, and families, aiming to foster social connections and celebrate the community's cultural heritage. No further events or follow-up actions were reported following the completion of the night's program.
