Nicosia municipality: What changes due to the August 15th holiday and which services are affected

On August 15, the Municipality of Nicosia will close all municipal offices and services due to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary holiday. Public markets, including Agios Antonios and OXI, will also be closed, with Agios Antonios remaining shut until August 19. Despite these closures, residential waste collection will continue as scheduled. Furthermore, temporary Green Points in Kaimakli and Agios Dometios remain closed until August 16, and state-run facilities will be unavailable on the holiday.
