Tourist dies in drowning incident at CTO beach in Larnaca
On the evening of Saturday, August 15, 2026, a 35-year-old Romanian tourist died from drowning at CTO beach in Larnaca, Cyprus. The woman, part of a five-member family of European nationals, entered the water around 6:20 p.m. with her two daughters, aged 12 and 14.
