Pafos FC captain David Goldar discusses team goals and career ambitions

Looking ahead, Goldar emphasized that the team’s ambitions remain high both domestically and in Europe. Pafos FC is now preparing to face Dynamo City from Albania in the UEFA Conference League play-offs to secure their progression. Goldar highlighted the club’s commitment to competing for all available local trophies this season.

Regarding his personal career, the defender noted that while he is currently fully committed to Pafos FC, he maintains a long-term ambition to play in La Liga. He also discussed his deep personal connection to his former club Celta Vigo, expressing strong admiration for their captain Iago Aspas. Goldar additionally praised life in Cyprus and the quality of local football, signaling his satisfaction with his current environment.
