The 10th Anti-Skino theater festival to take place in Gialia
The 10th edition of the Anti-Skino Outdoor Theater and Performing Arts Festival is scheduled to take place on August 28 and 29, 2026. The event marks a decade of the festival's existence and will be hosted at a new location, Val’s Place, in Gialia, Paphos. This year’s theme is "Metaihmio" (Threshold), focusing on bringing together artists from different generations.
The festival program features various theatrical performances, including "I Epistrofi tis Ifigeneias" (The Return of Iphigenia), "Flat Papoutsia" (Flat Shoes), "Logion Logion Skies" (Shadows of Many Kinds), "Vigil for Pentheus: Thoughts on the End of Civilization," "Foni tzi Choma" (Voice and Soil), "I Kilia" (The Belly), and the interactive experience "To Monopati" (The Path). In addition to performances, the event will include educational results, pop-up artists, tattoo artists, a barber shop, and various creative interventions.
The festival concludes on the evening of Saturday, August 29, with a closing party featuring the band Usurum. The event aims to celebrate ten years of theater, artistic creation, and community engagement.
