Olympiacos moves to reshape forward lineup with departures and new signings

Olympiacos is currently undergoing a significant roster overhaul as the club navigates a busy transfer window. Iranian striker Mehdi Taremi is reportedly close to exiting the team, with sources confirming he is actively evaluating a concrete offer from a Dubai-based club. His departure could be finalized as early as this week. Along with Taremi, Roman Yaremchuk and Clayton are also expected to depart the club to facilitate a reshuffling of the squad.

To compensate for these exits, the club has already secured Remo Freuler and Nair Tiknizyan. Furthermore, management is nearing an agreement to sign Armando Gonzalez. Under the strategic planning of manager Jose Luis Mendilibar, the forward line for the upcoming season is expected to be anchored by Ayoub El Kaabi, alongside the new arrival Gonzalez and Jota Silva, whom the coach plans to utilize as a primary striker.
