Cyprus Airways expands network with new routes to Munich and Rome

Cyprus Airways has announced the expansion of its flight network from Larnaca, introducing new year-round direct services to Rome and Munich. This development increases the airline's total operational network to 15 destinations, providing additional connectivity across Europe and the Middle East.

The direct service to Rome Fiumicino (FCO) is scheduled to launch on December 11, 2026, operating twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays. Following this, the route to Munich (MUC) will commence on December 17, 2026, with flights available every Thursday and Sunday. In addition to these new destinations, the airline is increasing the frequency of its existing flights to Heraklion.

These new additions complement the carrier’s current presence in Italy, which already includes year-round flights to Milan Malpensa and seasonal summer connections to Venice. The airline aims to cater to both business travelers and tourists looking for city breaks by providing consistent connectivity throughout the year.
