Pafos FC reaches loan agreement for PSG defender Yoram Zague
Pafos FC has secured a deal to sign 20-year-old French right-back Yoram Zague on a loan agreement from Paris Saint-Germain. The Cypriot club will hold an option to purchase the player at the conclusion of the loan spell. Zague, a product of the PSG academy, is expected to provide competition and depth alongside Bruno Felipe on the right side of the defense.
The young defender brings significant experience to Cyprus, having recorded 11 appearances and one goal for the PSG first team. During the previous season, he gained experience on loan at Copenhagen, where he played 23 matches, including five in the UEFA Champions League, scoring four goals and providing two assists. He has also previously spent time on loan at Eupen and is a youth international for France.
Following the finalization of the agreement, the player is scheduled to travel to Cyprus to undergo mandatory medical examinations before formally joining the team's roster. This acquisition comes as Pafos FC prepares for the upcoming Conference League play-off match against Dinamo City in Albania.
