Applicants must submit the appropriate form—based on either the 183-day or 60-day rule—to their respective local Tax Department office via email. The submission must include required supporting documentation and a formal confirmation from the imaging center regarding the applicant's role. Certificates issued through this specific procedure will explicitly state they are for submission to the Ministry of Health.

This administrative update is part of the implementation of the 2026 Law on Imaging Centers (Establishment, Operation, and Control).
