Fourteen-year-old injured in electric scooter accident in Trachoni

A serious traffic accident occurred in the village of Trachoni shortly after midnight on August 21, 2026. A 14-year-old boy operating an electric scooter collided with the rear of a parked vehicle under circumstances currently being investigated by local authorities.

Following the collision, the teenager was initially transported to the Limassol General Hospital before being transferred to the Nicosia General Hospital for specialized medical examinations.
