APOEL reaches agreement to transfer Nicolas Koutsakos to a Norwegian club

APOEL FC has finalized negotiations for the transfer of 22-year-old forward Nicolas Koutsakos to a Norwegian club. The deal marks a significant progression from initial discussions held earlier in the week, moving from an opening offer of approximately 300,000 euros to a final agreement exceeding 500,000 euros, meeting the club's financial demands.

Koutsakos, who was under contract with the Nicosia-based team until May 2029, is now expected to travel to Norway alongside his representative to complete the formal procedures. For APOEL, the sale represents a major financial injection during a critical period. Following the acceptance of the improved offer, both parties are currently working on the final administrative steps to conclude the transfer.
