Pafos FC eyes Fiorentina defender Eman Kospo
Pafos FC has emerged as a potential destination for 19-year-old Bosnian central defender Eman Kospo, currently under contract with Italian club Fiorentina until 2030. Reports from Italy indicate that while several Serie A sides, including Roma, Sassuolo, and Empoli, have scouted the player, Fiorentina reportedly prefers to loan him to a foreign club. This preference has significantly increased the likelihood of a move to the Cypriot team.
Kospo, a Bosnia and Herzegovina senior international, previously developed his skills in Swiss academies before joining FC Barcelona in 2023, where he played a key role in their UEFA Youth League victory. After transferring to Fiorentina in 2025, he is now being considered for a move to gain further experience. Although he represented Switzerland at the U18 level, he has since committed to the Bosnian national team. Negotiations or formal loan agreements are not yet confirmed, but the player remains a primary target for the Cypriot side as they look to strengthen their squad with a List B defender.
