Pafos FC acquires Yoram Zague on loan from Paris Saint-Germain

Pafos FC has officially announced the signing of 20-year-old French defender Yoram Zague on a season-long loan from Paris Saint-Germain for the 2026/27 campaign. The transfer was confirmed by the club on August 25, 2026, following successful medical examinations conducted while the player was in Cyprus. Zague, a product of the PSG youth academy, made his professional debut in Ligue 1 in 2024 and has recorded 11 appearances for the Parisian first team. Prior to joining the Cypriot side, he gained experience during loan spells at FC Copenhagen, where he played 15 matches across all competitions, and Belgian club Eupen.

This high-profile addition is part of a series of strategic investments made by the Pafos administration aimed at strengthening the squad for a competitive season. Zague has also represented France at the U17, U18, and U19 international levels. The club's management intends for his arrival to add depth and quality to the defense as the team pursues domestic success and continues its campaign in the Conference League.
