Pafos FC signs Yoram Zague on loan from Paris Saint-Germain

Pafos FC has officially announced the acquisition of 20-year-old French right-back Yoram Zague from Paris Saint-Germain. The defender joins the Cypriot club on a season-long loan for the 2026/27 campaign, having already completed his medical examinations in Cyprus.

Zague, born in 2006, rose through the youth ranks of the Parisian club and made his professional Ligue 1 debut in 2024. Before moving to Cyprus, he gained experience during the previous season by splitting time on loan between the Danish side FC Copenhagen, where he made 15 appearances, and the Belgian club Eupen. In total, he has recorded significant playing time across various competitions, including 11 appearances for the PSG first team. The move reflects Pafos FC's ambitious strategy to strengthen their squad with high-profile youth prospects to compete for the national championship title this season.

While integrating the new signing, the team remains focused on their upcoming European qualification matches in the UEFA Conference League, aiming to secure a spot in the competition's League Phase under manager Ricardo Sa Pinto.
