The board of directors formally resolved to execute the buyback on April 29, 2026, utilizing the Cyprus Investment & Securities Corporation Ltd (CISCO) to carry out the transactions.
Simultaneously, the financial regulator has enacted Regulatory Administrative Act 243/2026, utilizing powers under section 61C of the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law to streamline access to the national beneficial ownership database. Meanwhile, housing affordability data indicates that an average home of 108 square metres in Cyprus costs €305,296. With an average gross monthly income of €2,603, a 20 per cent deposit of €61,059 would represent approximately 23 months of total gross pay, assuming zero living expenses for the buyer.
