Aris Limassol signs Dutch forward Jael Paviridharto
Aris Limassol has officially announced the acquisition of 19-year-old Dutch forward Jael Paviridharto from the Dutch club MVV Maastricht. The player, who has roots in Suriname and was born on September 27, 2006, has signed a two-year contract with an option for the Cypriot club to extend the deal for an additional two years.
Paviridharto began his football career in the youth academies of Sparta Rotterdam before moving to Maastricht at age 17. During his time at MVV, he progressed through the U19 and U21 teams to reach the senior squad, where he made 15 professional appearances, scoring three goals and providing one assist. In the current 2026-27 season, he had already featured in three matches for the Dutch second-tier side, finding the net once before his transfer to Cyprus.
The transfer was finalized following a mutual agreement between the player and the Maastricht management, who cited the club's current staffing and development strategy as a factor in facilitating the move. Aris Limassol now looks to integrate the young striker into their roster for the upcoming challenges in the Cypriot league.
