Olympiacos to sign Jota Silva on permanent transfer from Nottingham Forest

Olympiacos is set to finalize a permanent transfer for Portuguese winger Jota Silva within the next 48 hours. Although the 27-year-old was initially announced as a loan signing from Nottingham Forest in early July, the club has decided to move forward with a full acquisition. The player is expected to sign a four-year contract, structured as a 3+1 deal.

This decision follows constraints regarding the limit of three loan players allowed between the two associated clubs. While David Carmo and Gustavo Sa remain as other loan additions, Carmo's deal already includes a mandatory purchase option effective in January.
