In the first case, a 23-year-old man was attacked by five individuals outside a kiosk in the Agios Nikolaos area around 9:00 p.m. Following this, approximately ten hooded individuals, some wearing helmets, confronted arriving police officers and damaged a patrol car with a club before fleeing. In a second incident occurring around 12:30 a.m., a 41-year-old man reported being assaulted at the Limassol Molos area by four people riding electric scooters. The perpetrators reportedly knocked the victim to the ground and stole his electric scooter. The victim sustained minor injuries and was treated at the local hospital before being released.
