Scheduled power outages in Paphos district on August 31, 2026

The Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) has announced planned power outages for various areas within the Paphos district scheduled for Monday, August 31, 2026. The interruptions are necessary to facilitate essential maintenance work on the medium-voltage overhead electrical network.

The service disruptions will follow specific schedules based on location. The village of Goudi will experience power cuts between 08:00 and 10:00. Pano Akourdaleia, Kato Akourdaleia, Terra, Skoulli, Choli, and the north-western part of Kritou Terra will be affected from 08:00 until 14:00. Additionally, Giolou, Miliou, Simou, Loukrounou, Kritou Terra, Pano Arodes, Kato Arodes, Ineia, Drousia, and Pittokopos will face outages between 10:00 and 14:00.

Consumers are advised to treat all electrical installations as live throughout the entire duration of the maintenance periods, as the outages may be shorter than the stated time frames. The EAC has formally apologized to the public for any inconvenience caused by these necessary infrastructure improvements.
