State Institutes of Further Education set to begin 2026-2027 school year

The Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth of Cyprus has officially announced that classes at the State Institutes of Further Education (KIE) will commence for the 2026-2027 academic year on Monday, September 14, 2026.

This decision marks the formal start of the upcoming educational cycle for all enrolled students within the institute system. To ensure that all participants are prepared, the Ministry has confirmed that parents and guardians of students, as well as adult learners, will be contacted directly via telephone to receive further instructions and confirmations regarding the start of their specific coursework.

This announcement serves as the primary notification for the new academic season. The Ministry did not indicate further administrative changes, focusing instead on the direct communication strategy to coordinate the start of the school year with students and their families.
