Cyprus League season continues with Sunday fixtures

The first matchday of the 88th Cyprus League by Stoiximan continues on August 30, 2026, with two key encounters. At 19:00, AEL Limassol hosts Anorthosis Famagusta at the Alphamega Stadium, with Constantinos Fellas assigned as the referee. Later at 20:00, Karmiotissa will technically host Pafos FC at the Stelios Kyriakides Stadium, a match overseen by referee Michalis Loukas.

Pafos FC enters the match following their qualification for the UEFA Conference League phase on August 27 after a grueling 120-minute contest against Dinamo City. Due to the physical toll of that match and existing suspensions for Correia, Bruno, and Mammadov, manager Ricardo Sa Pinto may rotate his starting lineup.
