Karim Benzema faces potential departure from Al Hilal

Karim Benzema is reportedly nearing an exit from his current Saudi Pro League club, Al Hilal, just six months after joining the team in February. While initial reports from some sources suggested the 38-year-old French striker was considering retirement, others citing the Spanish newspaper AS clarify that he intends to continue his professional career and has already received multiple offers from other clubs.

Benzema, a former Real Madrid star and 2022 Ballon d'Or winner, has recorded 10 goals and 5 assists in 16 appearances for Al Hilal. His playing time has recently diminished, as evidenced by his absence from the squad during the match against Al Khaleej last Friday. Although he remains under contract for one more year, both his agent and the player are evaluating a potential move, with uncertainty surrounding whether he will remain in Saudi Arabia or return to European football.
