Twelve arrested in overnight police operations

Police in the Republic of Cyprus conducted extensive overnight operations on Tuesday, resulting in twelve arrests for offenses including theft, assault, and illegal residency. Officers checked 716 individuals and 559 vehicles, issuing 350 traffic citations, including 80 for speeding. Additionally, police seized ten vehicles and filed three complaints following inspections of 41 premises.
