Freedom24 evaluates potential expansion into the Swiss market
Freedom24, the European investment and fintech division of Freedom Holding Corp, announced on Wednesday that it is exploring the possibility of establishing a physical presence in Geneva, Switzerland. The company considers the Swiss market a territory of long-term strategic interest, seeking to align its own technological capabilities with Switzerland’s established financial expertise.
The strategic assessment will focus on key sectors including wealth management, digital financial infrastructure, responsible artificial intelligence, and data governance. Freedom24 aims to explore business models that integrate the relationship-driven traditions of Swiss wealth management with its own proprietary technologies. Specifically, the firm intends to leverage its existing European infrastructure, such as the Tradernet investment platform and the AI-powered Neo Compliance framework for risk management, to determine how it might best integrate these tools into the Swiss financial ecosystem.
While the company has confirmed it is currently in the assessment phase, no definitive timeline for the establishment of an office or the launch of specific services in Geneva has been provided. The company continues to operate its primary European services while evaluating how to effectively bring its fintech solutions to this new market.
