Total spending by Premier League clubs reached approximately 4.11 billion euros. Manchester City led the expenditure with 526.2 million euros, followed by Chelsea at 406.7 million euros and Tottenham at 366.3 million euros. The most expensive move was Enzo Fernandez's transfer from Chelsea to Manchester City, valued at 145 million euros, which ranks as the fourth most expensive transfer in football history. Notable international activity included Jon Diomande’s move from Leipzig to Real Madrid for 125 million euros, a fee matched by Bradley Barcola’s transfer from Paris Saint-Germain to Liverpool.
