Pennsylvania man charged with murdering his mother

A 29-year-old man, identified as Jacob Michael Korber, has been arrested and charged with the murder of his 53-year-old mother, Kristin Hamilton, in Sewickley Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The victim's body was discovered on the porch of her home on the morning of Sunday, August 30, after her daughter found the scene and alerted the authorities.

Pennsylvania State Police report that surveillance footage from the home captured the entire incident, which lasted over an hour. The video reportedly shows Korber arguing with his mother before assaulting her with his hands, feet, and various objects found on the porch. Hamilton, who had just stepped outside with her dog and coffee, was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigations are ongoing, and the suspect remains in custody facing serious criminal charges.
