Woman dies in bullfighting event in Ayna, Spain

On the morning of Saturday, September 5, 2026, a 64-year-old woman was killed during a bull running event in the town of Ayna, located in the Albacete province of Spain. The victim, who was originally from Catalonia and lived with her family in the Sierra del Segura mountain region, was standing outside the designated protective barriers in the Las Cuevas district when she was attacked by a bull.
