Creative Arts Emmy Awards 2026 winners announced

The 2026 Creative Arts Emmy Awards concluded following two evenings of ceremonies on September 5 and 6 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. During these events, which serve as a precursor to the main 78th Primetime Emmy Awards, a total of 102 awards were presented across various technical and artistic categories, including direction, cinematography, costume design, and guest performances.

The series "Widow’s Bay" from Apple TV led the results with eight awards, including a win for Betty Gilpin for guest actress in a comedy series. Other notable winners included "DTF St. Louis" with six awards, featuring recognitions for David Harbour and Linda Cardellini, and the cancelled "Spider-Noir" with five awards. "The Pitt" and "The Muppets" each received four honors. The ceremony highlighted the productions and talent expected to maintain momentum during the primary event.

An edited broadcast of the Creative Arts ceremonies is scheduled to air on September 12. The main 78th Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony will take place on September 14, hosted by Mariska Hargitay.
