Retrospective exhibition of Nikos Kouroussis at Papadakis Warehouses

The Limassol Municipal Arts Centre, located at the Papadakis Warehouses, is hosting a retrospective exhibition titled "Nikos Kouroussis: Labyrinths" from September 4 to October 4, 2026. The exhibition serves as a comprehensive exploration of the artist's career, showcasing a diverse collection of paintings, videos, functional sculpture, installations, archival materials, and cinematic documents.

Curated by Marina Christodoulidou and Christina Lambrou, the project avoids a linear chronological narrative. Instead, the curators designed the space to represent the "labyrinths" of Kouroussis’s creative process, allowing different periods, themes, and artistic forms to interact within a shared environment. The exhibition aims to illustrate the evolution of the artist’s practice through various symbolic and material shifts over time.
