Police raid night club in Paphos

On the night of Tuesday, September 8, 2026, members of the Paphos Police Department conducted a coordinated operation at a nightclub located on Agiou Antoniou Street in Paphos. Executed under a court warrant, the raid targeted the establishment for operating without a license to broadcast recorded music.

During the search, authorities confiscated various pieces of audio equipment, including seven speakers, a computer tower, an audio mixer, and a sound console. Additionally, police seized five fireworks, seven canisters of nitrous oxide, and four packages containing 100 balloons each. Officials also determined that the venue was selling tobacco products without the required authorization. The case is currently under investigation by the Central Police Station of Paphos.
