Fatal motorcycle accident claims life of 21-year-old athlete in Rhodes

A 21-year-old woman, identified as track and field athlete Fai Dimitriadou, died in a motorcycle accident in Rhodes during the early hours of the week. The incident occurred on Megalou Konstantinou Street, when the motorcycle she was operating lost control, veered off course, and collided with a parked car. A 27-year-old woman, who was a passenger on the vehicle, was also involved in the incident. The Rhodes Traffic Department has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
