New revelations about Elon Musk in Alex Gibney documentary

At the Venice Film Festival, award-winning director Alex Gibney premiered his new documentary titled 'Musk', which examines the life and societal influence of billionaire Elon Musk. During the promotion of the film, Ashley St. Clair, a former partner of Musk and mother to one of his children, made several allegations regarding their relationship. She claimed that Musk had expressed a desire to have a child with her, stating a need to raise a 'legion of children before a civil war'.

St. Clair alleged that Musk’s team offered her a settlement package consisting of a 40 million dollar lump sum and a 100,000 dollar monthly stipend in exchange for signing a non-disclosure agreement. According to her statement, the offer was rescinded after she refused to sign the contract. The couple, who share a son born in 2024, has since separated. Musk is widely reported to be the father of at least 14 children from various relationships.

In addition to these claims, St. Clair criticized Musk’s management and use of the social media platform X. The documentary seeks to provide deeper insight into Musk’s private life and his controversial public views, which have drawn ongoing scrutiny from critics regarding his impact on societal discourse.
