Altamira Real Estate to host live bidding event for Majestic Gardens apartments

Altamira Real Estate has announced a new 'Open Day & Live Bidding Event' for the Majestic Gardens residential complex in Tersefanou. The event is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 25, 2026. This marks the fifth such event for the development following four previous sessions that resulted in fully sold-out collections.

The upcoming auction features 18 newly renovated studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with reserve prices starting from €50,000. Interested buyers must submit bids higher than the reserve price to participate. The successful bidder for each unit is required to sign a reservation agreement and provide a €5,000 deposit via a bank-issued cheque payable to 'SKY CAC LTD' during the event. Authorization documents must be provided if bidding is conducted by a third-party representative.

Majestic Gardens is a contemporary residential site known for amenities such as communal swimming pools and basketball courts. Its location provides connectivity to Larnaca city center, the airport, and nearby beaches.
