Jan Repas and Lois Diony named MVPs of the first two Cyprus League matchdays

Jan Repas, an AEK player, was named the MVP by Unicars & Volkswagen for the first matchday of the 2026/27 Cyprus League by Stoiximan. The selection was determined using the SportsBase international football evaluation index, in collaboration with the Institute of Sports Analysis (INSA). Vlad Dragomir of Pafos was named the runner-up, and Radoslaw Majecki was recognized as the top goalkeeper of the first round.

Following the second matchday, Omonia striker Lois Diony was awarded the MVP title after achieving a performance score of 121 in his match against Aris Limassol. He narrowly edged out Olympiacos goalkeeper Christos Talichmanidis, who received a score of 120 for his performance against Pafos, while AEK's Djordje Ivanovic ranked third. All designated matchday winners will receive their awards at an official ceremony held at the Volkswagen exhibition center after the conclusion of the regular season.
