PAOK presents technical design progress for the new Toumba stadium

On September 11, 2026, PAOK FC held a press conference to provide a detailed update on the development of the 'Eagle's Nest', the club's new stadium project. Representatives from the technical teams and consulting firms, including Salfo’s Maro Konida and project expert Mr. Papanastasis, outlined the current design progress and future construction steps.

The new arena is planned to accommodate 34,000 to 35,000 spectators, featuring a specialized shell design to optimize acoustics and atmosphere. Notable features include an integrated stand for organized fans with 8,700 seats, over 400 parking spaces, 600 commercial units, and 100 VIP seats. The project aims to bring spectators 24 meters closer to the pitch. The design philosophy draws inspiration from Everton's stadium, with a primary focus on sustainability.

Beyond the stadium structure, the development represents a broader urban renewal project, involving the creation of green spaces and the undergrounding of Kleanthous Street. The project follows an established and approved regulatory framework, marking a transition from the study phase to upcoming construction preparations.
