CyHRMA: A more active role in shaping labor market policy

The Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA) has launched a strategic initiative to actively influence labor market policies. Led by President Athina Neofytou, the new Board of Directors held high-level meetings with the Minister of Labor, the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Employers and Industrialists Federation. These discussions focused on addressing modern workplace challenges, such as the integration of artificial intelligence and talent retention, aiming to position HR professionals as key contributors to national economic competitiveness.
