Cypriot coaches participate in UEFA Pro student exchange in Switzerland

Eighteen Cypriot coaches are currently at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, to participate in the UEFA Pro Student Exchange program. The group is accompanied by Technical Director Savvas Konstantinou, Head of Education Marios Konstantinou, and fitness instructor Andreas Nikolaou. The initiative focuses on obtaining the highest level of coaching qualification, the UEFA Pro license.

The program involves participants from Germany, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Israel, and Azerbaijan, fostering international collaboration among football federations. During the exchange, attendees participate in high-level discussions regarding contemporary tactical trends, crisis management, and leadership. The agenda includes interactive tasks, match analysis, and presentations of specialized topics before UEFA technical instructors and peers from other national associations.

This attendance reflects the ongoing efforts of the Cyprus Football Association (KOP) to enhance the quality of coaching education. By engaging in this exchange, the Cypriot delegation aims to integrate advanced professional standards into their domestic football infrastructure.
