Hellenic Estates showcases Skyline Havens project at The Ellinikon

On Monday, September 14, 2026, Hellenic Estates held an event at The Ellinikon Experience Centre to showcase the progress of Skyline Havens, a significant residential development. The event attracted 350 attendees, including media, business professionals, and banking executives, who toured the construction site of the new East Village neighborhood.

Skyline Havens is the first residential project launched within East Village. The development encompasses two city blocks and features 150 residences distributed across eight buildings, with architectural design by Liakos Architects. The project is situated approximately 400 meters from the Elliniko metro station and 1.4 kilometers from Agios Kosmas. Initially unveiled in November 2025, the project is a collaborative effort between Hellenic Estates and LAMDA Development. While Hellenic Estates manages the development, LAMDA Prime Properties, a subsidiary of LAMDA Development, has been granted exclusive rights for marketing and sales.

The project marks a shift from the design phase to full-scale construction. As part of The Ellinikon master plan, this development represents a major investment in the Athenian Riviera, with stakeholders discussing the project's current status and growth potential during the reception.
