Over one million files discovered in Philadelphia 'house of horror

Authorities in Philadelphia have discovered an extensive archive containing over one million photographs and videos inside a residence in the Olney neighborhood, located at 417 West Chew Avenue. The property, dubbed a 'house of horror,' was formerly owned by a photographer named Raymond 'R.C.' Horse, who created pornographic content and passed away in 2025 at the age of 82. He lived there with his son, Eugene. Law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, are currently analyzing the massive volume of data to distinguish between staged scenes and potential real-world crimes.

As of September 16, 2026, investigators have identified 58 women featured in the materials. Among them, concerns exist regarding the status of five women who may be deceased, while two others linked to the property remain missing. Some footage reportedly depicts the strangulation of a woman. With only approximately 30% of the digital material processed so far, the investigation is ongoing to determine the full extent of the crimes linked to the residence and its former owner.
