Stelios Philanthropic Foundation announces fourth annual awards for young entrepreneurs in Cyprus

Sir Stelios Hadjioannou, through the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation, has launched the fourth edition of the Stelios Awards for Young Entrepreneurs in Cyprus. The initiative provides a total of €200,000 in cash prizes to be distributed among the top three winning business ideas, aiming to support innovation and assist young people in transforming their concepts into sustainable commercial ventures.

The competition is open to applicants under the age of 34. The application process began on 1 September and is scheduled to close on 15 October 2026. Following the submission period, candidate interviews will be conducted online. The process is set to conclude with an awards ceremony on 10 November 2026, marking another milestone for an initiative that has become a fixture in the Cypriot business community since its inception, mirroring similar philanthropic efforts established in Greece since 2008.
