Road closures across Cyprus: Inform yourself of when and where to avoid inconvenience

Maintenance and landscaping works are scheduled on several major highways in Cyprus, including the Larnaca-Kofinou, Larnaca-Nicosia, and Larnaca-Ammochostos motorways. From July 27 to September 30, 2026, the Forestry Department will conduct watering operations on highway slopes, intermittently closing sections of the shoulder without impacting traffic. Additionally, road surface maintenance and tree pruning will occur on specific dates in September and October, requiring temporary lane closures and traffic diversions in designated areas.
