Limassol municipality launches architectural competition for new arts center

The Municipality of Limassol has officially launched an international architectural competition to design and construct a new Arts Centre in the city. The project, which is set to be built on the Epameinondas plot, carries an estimated budget of 25.5 million euros.

Interested architects and design firms are invited to submit their proposals, which will be evaluated based on criteria such as innovation, sustainability, and overall functionality. This initiative aims to establish a modern cultural landmark to foster both local and international creative collaboration, representing a major investment in the region's artistic infrastructure and urban development.
