Karaiskakio Foundation celebrates 30th anniversary with two upcoming events

The Karaiskakio Foundation is marking its 30th anniversary with two major public events in Nicosia, aimed at promoting science and volunteerism. On Friday, September 25, 2026, the foundation will participate in the European Researchers’ Night at the Cyprus State Fair. At booth 34, visitors can engage in interactive educational activities focused on the science behind bone marrow and organ donation, aiming to raise awareness about becoming a donor.

Furthermore, the foundation will host a celebratory family event titled “PLAY ’N’ GIVE” on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 10:00 to 19:00 at its premises in Nicosia. Supported by Playtech, the event serves as a gesture of gratitude toward the Cypriot society for three decades of support. The program features various activities, including a magic show, face painting, scientific experiments conducted by foundation staff, and creative gardening workshops. These events highlight the organization's long-term commitment to human life and its role in connecting science with the general public.
