International exhibition Channelled opens at XeniArtSpace in Limassol

The international exhibition titled "CHANNELLED: Women in Art Across Centuries" officially opened on September 17, 2026, at the XeniArtSpace gallery, located in Trilogy Plaza in Limassol, Cyprus. The inaugural ceremony was presided over by the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, Evi Tsolaki, and was attended by prominent figures from the cultural and media sectors.

The exhibition features works by 17 internationally acclaimed female artists from the 20th and 21st centuries, drawn from the personal collection of Xenia Kulbachevskaya, the founder of XeniArtSpace. The curated selection aims to create a dialogue between historically significant artistic figures and emerging contemporary voices. Featured artists include Olga de Amaral, Tracey Emin, Leonor Fini, Lidia Masterkova, Leiko Ikemura, Lynne Drexler, Sabine Moritz, Hayv Kahraman, Inka Essenhigh, Teresa Solar Abboud, Emily Kraus, Élise Peroi, Jess Allen, Georg Wilson, Pia Krajewski, Maro Gorky, and Konstantina Krikzoni.

This polyphonic presentation highlights the diverse artistic journeys, generational differences, and unique cultural backgrounds of each participant. The event serves as a museum-level cultural initiative in the heart of Limassol, showcasing individual artistic identities within a cohesive collective display.
