Legal dispute erupts over Dolly Parton's estate

A severe legal conflict has emerged regarding the business empire of the late singer Dolly Parton, following a restraining order filed in a Nashville court. The estate's manager, Danny Nozell, has accused Bryan Seaver, the singer's nephew and former head of security, of engaging in a calculated campaign of threats, extortion, and intimidation. This internal dispute centers on the management of assets including the Dollywood theme park, the Songteller hotel, and the upcoming Life of Many Colors museum.

Following Parton's death on August 25, which Seaver publicly announced via video, Nozell terminated Seaver's employment. Court documents allege that Seaver, who possesses a military background, subsequently launched a series of aggressive threats against the estate's management. The legal filing describes these actions not as workplace disputes, but as deliberate acts of intimidation. Currently, the company She’s Alive is pursuing legal action in Tennessee to address these grievances and secure the assets against further interference.
