AEK holds annual general meetings for company and club

On September 23, 2026, two significant general meetings were held at the Social Welfare and Employment Center in Larnaca for AEK. The first was the annual general meeting of shareholders for AEK Holdings Public Limited, where financial statements for the years ending December 31, 2024, and December 31, 2025, were reviewed. During this session, the board members were re-elected to serve without remuneration, and the company auditors were reappointed with their fees set.

Following this, the regular general meeting of the club's members took place under the chairmanship of Andros Karapatakis. The Board of Directors presented their report on the period's activities, provided a financial update, and secured approval for the 2025 financial statements. Key outcomes included the official approval of the budget for the 2026/2027 sports season and the renewal of the Board of Directors' mandate for an additional two-year term.
