AEK Larnaca holds general assemblies for shareholders and club members

On September 23, 2026, two separate meetings took place at the Larnaca Municipality Welfare and Employment Center regarding AEK Larnaca. The Annual General Meeting of AEK Holdings Public Limited reviewed financial reports for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2024, and December 31, 2025. Shareholders proceeded with the re-election of board members, who will serve without remuneration, and finalized the appointment and compensation of the company's auditors.

Simultaneously, the club members of AEK held their Ordinary General Assembly, initiated by Board President Andros Karapatakis. This session focused on the review of the club’s recent activities and the approval of financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025. Members also approved the budget for the 2026/27 athletic season and renewed the mandate of the current Board of Directors for a two-year term, followed by a discussion on various club-related matters.
