Logicom announces restructuring of executive management team

On September 23, 2026, the board of directors of Logicom Public Ltd announced a significant reorganization of the company's executive management structure, effective September 24, 2026. Anthoulis Papachristoforou, who served as the group’s Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as the new CEO. In his new role, Papachristoforou is responsible for the daily management of the company and its subsidiaries in the technology and information technology sectors, reporting to Executive Vice Chairman Varnavas Irinarchos.

Anthoulis Papachristoforou has been a member of the Logicom staff since 2001 and has served as an executive member of the board of directors since 2013. Meanwhile, Varnavas Irinarchos, who previously held the positions of Executive Vice Chairman and CEO, will continue as Executive Vice Chairman. He will focus exclusively on the group's broader strategy, including the oversight of strategic projects, investments—such as those in Demetra Holdings Plc—and desalination ventures. This management shift is intended to streamline operations and delineate responsibilities between day-to-day technological operations and long-term group strategy.
