Lidl Cyprus completes training for first cohort of store co-managers

Lidl Cyprus has announced the graduation of its first cohort of 22 Store Co-Managers following the completion of an extensive professional training programme. The initiative, which took place in September 2026, involved a total of 1,700 hours of instruction designed to equip participants with the skills necessary to enhance store operations and customer service.

The newly trained co-managers are now prepared to assume their duties across the company's network of stores in Cyprus. According to the company, this structural change aims to place leadership at the heart of daily retail operations, facilitating a faster response to customer needs. The programme was celebrated at a special event attended by the participants and the Lidl Cyprus management team.
